Terms & Conditions for the Purchase of WenWolves Coin

1. Purchase and Wallet Transfer

• Coin Purchase: Upon purchasing WenWolves Coin, the amount purchased will be credited to the buyer’s wallet within 7 days that WenWolves Coin is officially listed on a Decentralized Exchange (DEX).

2. Coin Vesting and Distribution

• Immediate Vesting: WenWolves Coin has no cliff period. Vesting begins immediately upon DEX listing, with a vesting schedule that allows for a 10% release of the total purchased coins per day.

• Vesting Schedule Compliance: Buyers are required to adhere to the vesting schedule. Any attempt to access the funds faster than the stipulated rate may result in penalties or loss of access to the coins.

3. Airdrops

• Eligibility for Airdrops: Buyers who are eligible for extra airdrops will receive them starting three months after the DEX listing.

• Airdrop Vesting Schedule: The airdropped coins will vest at a rate of 10% per week, ensuring a gradual distribution to support market health and buyer investment.

4. General Terms

• Compliance with Regulations: All participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations. The buyer is responsible for understanding and adhering to all regulatory requirements that pertain to their crypto activities.

• Changes to Terms: WenWolves reserves the right to modify any terms or conditions of the coin purchase and distribution at any time due to changing market conditions, legal requirements, or other factors influencing policy adjustments.

• Communication of Changes: Any changes to these terms will be communicated to buyers through official channels, including email notifications and updates on our official website and social media pages.

5. Liability and Risks

• Market Risk: Buyers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrency investments, including potential loss of value. WenWolves is not responsible for losses due to market fluctuations.

• Security: Buyers are solely responsible for the security of their wallet and the safekeeping of their WenWolves Coins. WenWolves is not liable for losses arising from compromised account security. For more information, may refer to our Terms Of Use
